We will work to:   

• Cultivate and maintain a safe, harmonious environment by fostering a culture of respect and inclusion for all. 
• Educate, train, and support our team and students by developing cultural and social awareness, as we creatively provide curricula, programs, and environments that reflect the diversity of our communities.
• Develop strategies and research for inclusive approaches to our work by accessing our facilities, programmes, and course materials.
• Ensure our policies and working practices are inclusive and equitable by assessing hiring practices and performance review procedures that attract, retain, and develop talented faculty and team members regardless of race, class, indigenous or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, mental and physical differences, political, religious, or spiritual beliefs.  
• Support the growth of under-represented community leaders in contemplative theory and science, by investing in students from under-represented communities who are focusing on scientific research or contemplative practices. By offering student bursaries for further study and creating studentships within our own programmes, our efforts aim to increase a more diverse student representation.
• Celebrate and highlight Black and Global Majority individuals engaging with scientific research, contemplative theory and practices, in order to widen perceptions of science and promote representation at all levels in the field.
